What I think this quote means is that you have to understand your own body mind and spirit in the way it reacts to thing. what the body represents is take good care of your health you will feel better.

I think what this means is that you don’t necessarily need to break the rules to be cool if you follow the rules you can be cool in a different way and no one should judge you .
